The Policy Records we provide to you electronically are confidential. “Policy Records” shall include but not limited to names and contact information of Insured Members; health questionnaire data; date of birth; national identity or passport number; financial information of Insured Members; coverage and plan entitlement; premium rates; any changes to these information; and other related information that may be made available by AIA Singapore Private Limited (acting through its branch located in Singapore) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “AIA Singapore”) from time to time. AIA Singapore has taken steps to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the Policy Records. However, your cooperation is required in order to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Policy Records. In particular, you are required to take the necessary precautionary measures to prevent unauthorized access by others. You must not allow anyone other than yourself access to these Policy Records unless consent has been given.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect that an unauthorized person has accessed your Policy Records.

You shall assume full responsibility and risk each time you view or print any portion of the information available to you on this site and/or each time you use any of our online services. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other language versions available, the English version will prevail. The PIN which you will use to access your Policy Records and our on-line services will be recognized as your electronic signature and will be legally binding. You accept that electronic records will be admissible as original documents in any Court of law in Singapore and that you will not challenge or dispute the accuracy or authenticity of such records.

Please note that you will be leaving this website to access confidential Policy Records on a secure site. Only current AIA Singapore policyholders, financial services consultants or insurance brokers are authorized to do so. While on the secure site, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, Agreement to Use Electronic Records and Signatures and Privacy Statement.
